I can't say enough great things about my recent visit to this auto repair shop! From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, the customer service was top-notch. They got me in quickly for a last-minute oil change and tire rotation, and I was in and out in no time! The staff was so professional and knowledgeable. They even took the time to explain the benefits of synthetic oil versus conventional oil, which I really appreciated. The technician showed me the old oil filter and explained how often I should change my oil, which was super helpful. The prices were reasonable too, especially considering the quality of service. I did notice that the waiting area could use a bit of a facelift, maybe some more seating or a few magazines? But honestly, I was so pleased with the service that it didn’t bother me much. Overall, fantastic experience! I’ll be coming back for sure!
